It is not drawback, it is major drawback that they do not allow to change organization name.
How many of you really know what legal issues it can draw towards a professional company?
The ICANN documentation clearly says, that the person who registers the domain has to be legally associated with the organization name. The organization name can be seen in whois information, if you plan to change your organization name, and cannot change it to be displayed on whois, then, you better speak to your solicitor about the consequences.
Service of Indialinks is : POOR
VERY VERY POOR. Support guys cannot even write proper english and there is no "please" "thank you" or "sorry" when you call them. When you change NS records, it goes in a queue because, indialinks is a reseller not the real body which can be claimed as domain registrar. NS record change takes more than needed.
Worst service ever!
