Support : Good

Alerts : Good. They sent emails and sms for renewing your domain names.

Control Panel : Very easy to use.

Drawbacks : Does not provide whois information of already registered domains. Cannot change the company name through control panel.

Really bad. My sites got hacked several times.

Responds pretty quicky.

Technicians are not that techy.  Its better to find a solution ourselves.

Other Problems

The major problem was with their mail servers. Servage’s mail servers were black listed by many email service providers. So the mails were not even reaching the spam folder. They were returned. Told this to their support team several times. But no use.
